Brook Hubbs

Brook Hubbs was raised in Portland, OR with a love of filmmaking from an early age, making short films with his friends. Hubbs worked in entertainment-adjacent jobs, including theater projectionist, film critic, and comic-con journalist, before moving to Los Angeles in his mid-twenties. While working in network television production, Hubbs independently produced and directed the series “Job Guys”, which debuted on Prime Video. Following this, he collaborated on the feature films “16 Bits”, “Craving”, “Inner Demons”, “A Hard Place”, and “The Grove” and more, whilst operating as an freelance visual effects artist and editor. He is currently producing the genre-anthology “Pandora’s Parlor” and directing the short film “Reconstruction”. He plans to direct his first feature film, “The Wetlands” in 2025, and his dream film would be set in the “Star Wars” universe.
